Excellent Stay at Aloft

pleasant staff valet service attentive lifeguard perfect room

I found the staff at the restaurant to be very pleasant and helpful. The reception and valet services were also very efficient. Even the staff who assisted with our luggage were prompt and courteous. Suleman, the lifeguard, stood out with his attentiveness and Diana from housekeeping maintained the room perfectly.

The room was slightly smaller than I anticipated, but it wasn't a major inconvenience during my brief stay.

The staff offered very helpful and polite service throughout the entire hotel, beginning and extending to every interaction at the front desk, in the restaurants, and with housekeeping.
